Raven Report 1.15 Family Edition
Dear St. Kateri Raven Families:
As we enter the second week of Advent, we continue to prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ with hope and joy. This season reminds us of the importance of community, generosity, and faith as we journey together toward Christmas.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our families for your incredible support with our Christmas hampers. Your kindness is making a real difference for those in need. This week, our collection focuses on non-perishable food items like rice, pasta, cereal, etc.
Heavenly Father, as we light the second candle of Advent, we ask You to fill our hearts with peace and hope. Help us to prepare a place for Your Son in our lives and to share Your love with others through acts of kindness. May this season draw us closer to You and to one another.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

- Edsby and Seesaw – Our staff will all be using two platforms for communication this school year. Edsby is the platform where you will be able to see updates on your child’s assessment throughout the school year. This is also where you will view your child’s progress reports in January and June. Our school calendar and office newsletters can also be found on Edsby. Edsby is also used for communication and your child’s learning portfolio for Gr. 4-8 students.
Kindergarten-Gr.3 will be using Seesaw for communication and your child’s learning portfolio. Your child’s classroom teacher will be sending home a unique code for each student to connect to Seesaw. Seesaw is a convenient app that you can access easily from a cell phone. You can communicate with your child’s teacher through the app as well if needed. Please get connected with these two important apps as soon as possible to ensure that you can get all the information you need to be engaged with your child’s education this school year. If you are having any difficulty getting connected to Edsby or Seesaw, please call the office at 306-791-1785.
